Put a drop of Melissa on your thumb. Put your thumb on the ​roof of your mouth and hold for 30 to 60 seconds. Breathe ​deeply at least three times before removing your thumb. This ​wakes up the brain and diminishes any feelings of anger or ​resentment. This is the trick I use every time before taking the ​stage. I am able to remember my content, people’s names, and ​it makes me oh so happy!

Melissa, a drop pressed to roof of mouth along with LLV are a ​great help for depression. We have had people who hesitate ​because of the price of Melissa. I tell them it is "the big gun". ​And, when they finally use it, they are amazed.

Also, about bi-polar - serenity soft gels twice a day are not just ​for sleeping. It helps level out those severe swings and moods ​and/or rages. Those have been very helpful.
